Eat Your Greens!: Chinese Broccoli in Oyster Sauce

So my hubby bought some veggies in the Vietnamese store on Saturday one looked like spinach/broccoli, so I googled it and looked at images and found out it was Chinese Broccoli/Kai Lan, I have made Bok Choy before, so I thought I would make it in a similar way.

Ingredients: Chinese Broccoli one bunch, 1/2 red onion, little sugar, ginger/garlic paste (lazy way!), oyster sauce and a little soy sauce

1. Saute the onion in olive oil, with ginger/garlic paste, add oyster sauce and soy to taste, then add chopped Chinese Broccoli, a little water, cover and steam for 5-10 min under tender.

Its high in fiber, Vitamin C, Vitamin A and Iron
Lovely, so we are going to be getting ours greens tonight!
