Health Tip: Make Walking Part of Running Errands

Try to fit in a walk when running errands even if it's only 15 min it still counts. Like today I went to visit someone from church who's 107!, I took the dog and we had a walk in her neighbourhood before heading to the store. Jasmine likes to walk Sachin the dog!

Or I'll drive back from the store via the park and get in a little walk
