Easy Noodles with Shrimp and Vegetables



I made this quick and easy noodle recipe the other day, tasty, healthy and quick, perfect combination.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of shrimp
  • one small squash sliced
  • 1/2 cup of frozen peas
  • 4 small sliced baby carrots
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • one teaspoon Japanese chili pepper spice
  • one pack of ramen noodles
  • some mushrooms
  • dash of mirin (sweet sake)
  • a drop of sesame oil
Method:
  1. stir fry the onions, shrimp and vegetables then add the spices, mirin, soy and sesame oil
  2. boil ramen noodles and drain
  3. mix it all together, its that simple!
