Chicken Fricassee

I made chicken fricassee the other day, its one of my favorite meals, you can make it quickly load it with veggies and it reminds me of my childhood. My Mum would always make this with left over chicken and I love it. Hubby wasn't so sure, but he is Indian. So made a fish curry for him!
What meals do you have fun childhood memories of?
